Delivery Times and Processing

We provide delivery services across Saudi Arabia. Orders are processed during business days from Sunday to Thursday.

 

1) Delivery Timelines

• 24-48 hour delivery for in-city areas
• 3-5 business days for out-of-city areas
• No deliveries on official holidays

 

2) Delivery Fees

• Free delivery for orders above 200 SAR
• 15 SAR fee for orders under 200 SAR
• Additional 25 SAR fee for remote areas

 

3) Shipment Tracking

You will receive an SMS with tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order status through our website or by calling us at 920000000.

 

4) Return & Replacement Policy

• Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Products must be in original condition
• 10 SAR return fee will be charged
